1. Product Returns

Products purchased from JustAdkart or third-party sellers may be eligible for return if:

3. Refund Policy

Shipping charges, installation charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the seller’s mistake.

Payments made for the following services are non-refundable once the project has started:

• SEO Services
• Google Ads Management
• Social Media Marketing
• Google Business Profile Optimization
• Branding & Graphic Design
• Content Writing
• Digital Marketing Consultation

If JustAdkart Business Services is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, a partial refund may be considered after reviewing the work completed.

6. Marketplace Seller Policy

JustAdkart is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for:

• Product quality
• Product description
• Packaging
• Shipping
• Warranty (if applicable)

For products sold by third-party sellers, refund and return requests will be processed according to the seller’s applicable policy. JustAdkart will facilitate communication and assist in resolving disputes where possible but is not responsible for the seller’s obligations.

7. Refund Processing Time

• Return Request Review: 1–3 Business Days
• Product Inspection: 2–5 Business Days
• Refund Processing: 5–15 Business Days

The total processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
