At JustAdkart Business Services, we are committed to providing quality digital services and a reliable online marketplace experience. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms related to refunds, returns, and cancellations for digital services, B2B marketplace listings, and online shopping products available through JustAdkart.

By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Digital Services & B2B Solutions

Nature of Digital Services

JustAdkart offers customized and non-tangible services, including:

  • B2B e-Marketplace listings and promotions

  • Digital marketing services

  • Google My Business (GMB) optimization

  • Website designing and development

  • SEO services

  • Google Ads / performance marketing

  • Branding and print media services

As these services are customized and time-based, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once the service has started.

Refund Eligibility for Services

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service has not yet been started

  • A duplicate or excess payment was made due to a technical issue

  • The service is not deliverable by JustAdkart

All refunds are subject to internal review and approval.

Online Shopping Products (Physical Goods)

JustAdkart also facilitates online shopping of products through registered sellers on its platform.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (where applicable) 

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Items purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or discounts

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Refunds for Online Products

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to seller error

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations

  • Orders for online products can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Digital services cannot be cancelled once work has started

Seller Responsibility

For marketplace products:

  • Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, and dispatch

  • JustAdkart acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and facilitates resolution in case of disputes

  • Refunds and replacements depend on seller approval and product return verification

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

Policy Updates

JustAdkart Business Services reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {A12, Sewak Park Dwarka Mor, Delhi 110059 Or Seller Address}. If applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
